You shouldn't have any problem with scam related issues if you use a mediator.

Doesn't matter if they take forever, they are still the only safe way to trade.

Scammers should be handled like they are handled now.

No there aren't.
Let's say that you and me trade, and if I don't give first, you can never tell if I am going to scam you or not.

Sure common sense helps but it doesn't guarantee anything.

Can't always rely on mediator, they take a while to show up most times, other times the person your trading with is in a hurry.

Not really true. I have posted everything the forum says to in the trading catagory rules and lost 50fg here and there but the only thing that was done was a tag placed on him/her to say he/she was a scammer. Now I have purchased fg before, when I first started using d2jsp so I speak for those members who have spent money on this site but nothing is being done to protect these purchases. Perhaps they could retrieve your fg and take a percentage for stocking fees or something for getting it back for you.

I am posting this because I believe the current method is broken/unbalanced, there is not suppose to be an option, only a comment of your opinion of why you think it's fine the way it is :)
