It is my belief that 4 hours is way too long to bump a thread in trading forums. With as fast paced as those forums are and all the spam threads, a legit trade thread is moved to the further back pages where it is never seen.

My proposal: 1 hour bump rule instead of 4 hours (for trading forums atleast).
