Well I know you, like me hate having to pay topic titles.
So, while we can't dismiss the cost all together, what about making bulk prices for a certain amount of credits to use for titles.

Example :

20 Title credits for 75fg

Each title enhancement would be one credit. i.e Bold + Red = 2 Credits.
That would save you gold and help the people who have so many items they make constant threads.

I think it's a bit unnecessary. I never use title features, but I still think for those that do, this system is a bit more complicated than the whole thing needs to be.
