Currently, warn removal dates are based on how many times you've been warned in the past.
Default time for warn removal is 30 days, however, you get a longer wait period, based on how many warns you have.
Someone with 50% warn, will wait longer than someone with 10%.
The problem however is, it does not roll back, even once you remove all your warns, you still have the penalty applied as if you had those warns.
My suggestion is to have these penalties nulled once you have gone so long without getting any warns.
Example: A member that was at one point "bad" [Many warns] goes good, and goes for Year+ warnless. Yet in the event of a new warn, he still has to wait an extensive amount of time
as if he had all those warns from the past.
The idea is to have a breakpoint, where penalties from old warns, will wear off.
