The only 12 year olds here are the ones complaining when a Mod warns them for doing something stupid.

Paul chooses the Mods based on their characteristics.
This is a business, and Paul chooses his Managers just like anybody else.

this is a good reply, i made this because alot of people are posting in trade about mods being abusive.
