The only thing that would come as a result of this is abuse of the site's staff members. You need to understand that what the mods do doesn't just go unchecked. Everyone has to adhere to someone on this site.
The senior mods manage the junior mods, for example. They arn't just allowed to go and hand out warns and suspensions to peope when they feel like, I'd imagine they have to write a reason and justify it to those in a senior position. Of course, we don't know exactly how the moderation system on this site works, but needless to say, the mods are more than capable of doing their job correctly and fairly, and that is why they are in that position.
Allowing people to see how suspended / warned you would just mean that there's an even bigger mass of people whinging in general help about how they got suspended, only instead of a general moaning, it would all be personal abuse towards the mod who warned them, and that of course is a lot worse.
Don't break the rules, and you'll be fine. The mods, even if they wanted to, are simply not allowed to crusade around fulfilling personal vendettas.
