Currently in the top 10 threads in General help, two of them are "Warn removal request" Which requires either:
A moderator to notice, and address the situation
A 3rd party non staff member to forward the information to the correct person
that is currently 20% of the threads....
I feel this scenario isn't as good as it possible could be, and the solution in my opinion, would not be overly difficult
Have a new sub forum under General help for - Requesting Warn Removal. When a user posts it sets up a Mod Action Queue for the correct staff members.
This will end redundant posts and clutter in General Help of people forwarding requests, and will stop redundant messages from 2-3 people sending different messages to different Mods.
This will allow a queue to be created just by people posting, that the appropriate staff member can address on their own, as apposed of being forwarded from general help.
Rules of forum set by permissions of site:
Only staff members can reply (similar to multi report)
Only users with 70% Can post a thread
Maybe even have a restrictive feature that wont let someone post a new thread unless until the original post is closed, preventing the same person from asking 10 times, thus further wasting the moderators time.
