It acts as a visual representation of a user's accumulated warn relative to the maximum warn possible.
It does something. Whether or not you find that function useful is another matter.

because warn = scammer, just to make the thing clearer when you trade with someone, this way, it is not clear enough,when I got to make a trade topic I want to be sure I will not be scammed, once I see this little warnbar with 10% or more, I know that I will not agree on a deal or at least I will ask a moderator to make it safer, warn bar is needed.
