Its so fucking annoying when 1/3 of the threads says something like a gg deal or a gg item ft, and when u click to view the topic its a retarded kid saying it was a lure and offer some garbage or opriced shit

If it's something like "Obama Found Dead", i.e. a completely off-topic title, report it as a Topic Title Violation and it will be closed as soon as we get to it.
But if it's something harmless similar to the examples you just provided, e.g. "Best Item Ever", that's entirely in the eye of the beholder and a fine title in my opinion.
I agree that usually people tend to advertise crappy items with such titles, and that's why I personally, as well as many other traders, don't enter such topics.

Already covered by the report option "Topic Title Violation", we actually close such topics for its title then.
