Now, when I viewed this topic:
http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=47290208&f=68

Something tingled my senses. Yes, I'm a math nerd. It seemed weird to me, so I added all the numbers up of the votes, and instead of getting 100.00%, I got 100.03%

Yes, I did multiple tests.

It doesn't seem to me as if it's a big deal, but it seems like its something simple that annoys the hell out of me.

Adding them up myself, I get 100 precisely.
e: now I also get 99.99 with the new votes.

It can be a problem adding up all the decimals in all the numbers, rounding them correspondingly up and down to equal 100 exact when counting the whole number, whilst being able only to calculate with the 2 first decimals.

i get it up to 100. if the votes ar even like its on 36 it will be 100% if they are uneven 37 votes or whatever it wont be 100%

with 36 votes it was 100%
with 37 votes it is 100.01%
With 38 votes it is 99.99%

Its strange indeed :D

The decimal places are rounded. Nothing fancy, nothing special.
