I think it should be a lockable offence because it's like any other scam. With loan scams you have 100% proof that it was scammed if you have the pms or topic where it went down.

Giving out loans is not like trading. Loans are a sign of trust and the reciever might not pay you back in time you agreed on but nevertheless loans should not be supported.

Lots of people see these "loan deals" as being a way to easy profit but when they loan out fg to the wrong guy it becomes not as profitable anymore.
