Posting a picture of an item you have in someone elses trade thread, regardless of intent, is thread stealing.

well my problem with it is, the owner of the thread is a friend and it was not reported as an offense

i am well aware that spam is a warn able offense, but if it were actually enforced there would be about half of the current crowd on jsp

I would assume, though, someone with nearly 27,000 posts, his own guild, and 4 years of JSP adventure experience, should know that a post of that nature would be considered an offense. Going by that assertion, one would conclude that either he is drunk as usual, or he means no harm.

well if a moderator see's you posting porn, but nobody reported it yet, then that doesnt mean he wont take action.

Porn is an obvious offense, though. It's just not the same. If I were to post porn here as an example, would I get warned?
