So, something really has to be done here.

Now the issue is, that in the rules it is not told that you can't post Diablo II questions, in General Help.
So basically every time a thread opened you will get that.
Now looking back through the General Help Archives:

People even then would say the same sort of thing (see post #2). Well at least then (as you can see) the question would have been answered.
But now there are more staff in that forum, therefor those threads get closed, before even someone can tell you the right answer (most of them).
Posting in two forums like that is a waste of internet space.
So my suggestion that at least new rules should be written (about questions that should be posted in General Help), or even better, as mentioned in another thread of mine, this should be implemented http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=46272680&f=258 (that thread should be closed shortly, I've already pm'd someone who can close that thread, so don't bother posting there).
I really hope that something is done about this, because this is getting ridiculous. There are 5 threads about Diablo questions opened every day, when there are 583,505 (and counting) users, so therefor sooner or later a thread about Diablo II will be opened (that's why we joined this site, right?). This is not going to stop.
And nvm me being rude in my last thread, sorry about that.
Oh, btw. This is a repost, because perhaps I didin't explain everything properly last time.

People who complain saying those questions are allowed are ignorant.
It is NOT the right section for Diablo II questions, because those are for the DIABLO II SECTION.

Btw. people are not posting in general help for speed. SnG is even faster (unlike in Trading Grounds for pricechecks). They just don't know it

sure d2 questions should go in the d2 section obviously but wtf does it matter
its a help section

Yeah, but most of the time there are so many of them they clog the forum, and they shouldn't be there in the first place.
