my suggestion would be to give moderators limited access to gold logs.

they would not be able to search through everyone's logs, only people that are in S/A that:

a. Have been confirmed of scamming
b. have numerous posts in S/a (three or more by three different people)

in 95% of scamming cases, most scammers send off their ill gotten gains to a multi account. usually this will be the last transaction that they will do.

my suggestion would give them the power to search through their gold logs, and look at what accounts they have frequently sent fg to or large amounts at the time they scam.
Then they can ip scan the accounts they deam suspicious to see if the scammer has a multi account.they then should be promptly tagged and banned form the site.

another part of the suggestion would give the moderators more power, but i wouldnt push the issue on this one due to abuse of power.

after sufficient proof has been submitted to a higher authority than the moderator that is reviewing the case. the moderator should be able to take the multi account's fourm gold and repay whatever scam they can, or if their is not enough fourm gold. they should divide it equally to the victims of that person's scam.

the first one i think is a better suggestion overall, but the second one does have some usefulness of it's own. what do you think?
