Hey there. I have a complaint to make. Since jsp doesnt seem to have a specific subforum for complaints of any kinds ( which makes the staff seem scared of issues or too lazy to deal with them ), I´ll post it in here. Today I was trading on the Classic Trading Forum for the first time since ages. I made like 2-3 trades and everything worked out just fine! nobody was to complain about anything. then I went out for a while and when I came back I found myself being locked. I didnt recieve any kinds of warn, notification or any other message on why that happened, who locked me, who accused me or what the actual reason was. And that´s my first point. Jsp Staff is locking people straight away without even giving them the chance to understand what is happening, or to react on the situation. I got trades going on, a level service is being done and the dude certainly wants his payment. What am I supposed to tell them? "I got locked, but I do not know why and I cant see what I could have possibly done wrong."
I instantly went to the "Why am I locked" sub and asked. that was over 2 hours ago. no reaction whatsoever. I pm´d 2 moderators aswell. One said I should wait for the reply in the topic and the other didnt reply at all. Then I recieved a couple of pm´s by other forum members, and again I found myself in trouble not being able to read them..... I mean, it was a shock when you introduced the new rule of "locked people not being able to reply to pm´s" , but now, we cannot even read them? What you´re doing is completely isolating people from the rest. You take away every chance of explaining themselves and drastically limit their opportunities to make a move.
Has any1 else experienced that before? I seriously feel mucked right now. And I dont wanna know how long it´ll take until I first get told the reason why I´m locked. And I predict the reason will be pathetic. and I also predict that my chances to get this account unlocked again will be barely noticable.
I think jsp was a great site back then, that´s why it built up so many members. But nowadays staff doesnt divide between the good and the bad members anymore. they just lock up everyone that doesnt fit in and causes the slightest problems. I dont know what happened, but it just feels like we developed two sides of this community. the d2jsp staff members, such as mods, mediators and assistants, and the common members. Most of the members do not like any of the mods, simply because they make a fuzz about every single tiny shit and because they do not seem to be judging circumstances rightly most of the times.
I know I´m just a small voice in between thousands of others, but if there´s any1 out there feeling the same, let me know.
