Should a mistake when giving fg for a trade be repaid ?? Like for instance you clicked on the wrong user or you sent the wrong amount (100 fg sent 1000). Is this the mistake of the sender? yes. But its still a mistake and if there is proof that it was a mistake ie Pm's, trade topic and ss, why is this not inforcable ? It used to be inforced but is no longer, why is this so ? Im not saying that this should get you a scammer tag or fg locked right off the bat but should be looked into.

Should there be a min fg limit on this to negate the low fg mistakes < 100 fg? yes.
Only inforcable with adiquit proof ? yes.
Would this help put a stop to FG 4 Cash trades ? yes.
Would these ppl now try and make these trades when the fg giver can just say it was a mistake ? No.
Would this reinforce that all fg trades be made with a topic/ pm post. Yes.
Should mods who spend thier time on these mistakes get a % of the fg recoverd ? Yes.

The non inforcement of this leads to very bad site ethics. Is this site about an ethical community or has it gone to shit ?> You tell me.

Why didn't you see that it was the wrong user when you:
1. click on their gold link
2. typed in a comment
3. entered your fg password

slow down

No.

I have only had one person send me fg by mistake and I sent it back. If you don't send it back after they tell you it was a mistake then it shows just what kind of a trader/man you really are.

So much for "character" if you steal someones gold.

I accidentally sent some kid 450 fg last night because I was drunk and he tried bragging about it and he got flamed. I received a 450 fg donation from someone so I was still able to complete my trade.I told the kid I accidentally sent to that he should just keep it because he clearly has self-esteem issues and I honestly didn't care too much. I'd say that it should be possible to enforce repays for these kinds of mistakes.

No.

The onus is on the person sending/receiving the fg. It should not have anything to do with the rules.

So, in this case im confused on your remarks, your saying that you sent back ( very GM of you ) and that if they dont send back that it should not be inforced with the proper proof ??
