When you receive lets say a 10% warn and you were inebriated while posting (i.e) lol... then within your warn log it states the link of what you did wrong and a brief description: I believe the description should be a bit more detailed and sometimes the link will say you don't have permission to view the topic ... so if you were inebriated (i.e) personal example lolz you don't remember what you did to deserve the warn... hence you do not learn from your mistake ... take my first 10 % for example...

I don't remember what I did wrong I was inebriated (there are no rules against intoxication on jsp I hope)... all I have is a comment that says inappropriate resist comment... and when I click the link I don't have permission to view the topic ... so how do I learn from my mistake? ... The recent warn... I know what I did wrong so that is just thrown in there b/c I copy / pasted the entire thing...

I also believe warns should be public view for everyone.
