Banning Obvious Multi's/atackers - Topic

I fail to understand why people can do things such as post gay porn and spam bomb threads with just an extra madeup email/acct on jsp and get 10%warn at a time as if its going to do anything at all. Am I the only one who thinks that in consideration for the people that take this site seriously and pay money to this site that there should be a locked mode or BAN of some sort for all these obvious multi's and flamers? There should be a MUCH more strict rule enforced for not following site rules to ensure its real/true users can enjoy/have fun using this site. I.E after being warned for something you should still get your 10%warn, but the next time you break site rules before your warn can be requested to be removed you should automaticly have a 24hour suspension and jumped to 30% to ensure the offender understands his behavior wont be tolerated anymore. And if the offender has a 3rd offense within 30days, they should just be locked. Another thing I feel should be done is have the warn bar only go up to 50%... why in gods name would someone need more than 50%? its obvious that if someone has that they dont care about the acct and are specificly using it to atack other jsp members. I don't honestly see how this hasn't been done, but such small other things are looked at. This is the #1 problem for this site, and everyone knows it.. A much more strict policy needs to be enforced to ensure jsp's valued users are not just being harassed randomly/freely by fakes and multi's. This giant warn bar that users have is just a way to say "hey, go ahead.. trash this site and its valued users as much as you want and get away with it, feel free! makes no sense... should go 10%warn....24hour suspension and jumped to 30%..... then 3rd offense should just be locked for a sufficient time and @ full 50% (cause theres no need for more than 50% on a warn bar... seriously... they prety much let 12yo's and delinquents take over this site with that warn bar. Theres no consequences for anything! lol its just rediculous. ISO this site to be nearly ZERO tolerance.

I'm only going to hit on basically one point. You want people to be locked just for having warn, but warning and trading are really irrelevant. If everyone who spammed once in a while and got warned couldn't trade, there may as well just be one section for trading.

Also, if you want it to be "nearly" zero tolerance, then you'd be facing this:

Or would a simple thread close suffice? I know what you're getting at, you want there to be less obvious multis. The problem is that while they may LOOK obvious, they could just be another legit person who wants to spam a site. Sure, harsher punishments are nice, but they can't be TOO harsh.

I'd also like to point out that for people with warnings, there are small things that happen that are more irritating than anything. Longer waits between posts, longer waits between pms, less access to subforums, etc.

Well, you have 10% warn. I'm sure you've spammed somewhere, or flamed or used profanities somewhere in the site, you should have a further 30% then? You have also implied you are a "true user"... but you have 10%, I'm sure you were warned before that 10% was given, why don't we just ban you? You clearly have no regard for the site, and are not a "true user". Who's to say you're not a multi with a rainbow orb and a blue star and you've only been here a couple of months. Let's all just assume you're all a multi, shall we?

Well, is that fair? Of course it isn't: If the above statement reflected my true feelings, I would be assuming for what your warn was given for, and I would also be assuming that you don't care about this site. The above statement was an example of how this could very, very easily be taken out of context

As much as harder punishments may be needed, locking / banning users for things as spam is a bad idea because warn and the usage of forum gold in trading, are completely unrelated.
