I feel as there has a been a new update started July 1st in the Runescape section that the selling of Membership Pins is legalized in the donor forum, that there should be an easier way to be accepted to it. My thoughts:

It should not be a LOTTERY, but a certain amount paid ($50 for example) to be put into the donor forum.
If I want to sell one of my pins (I have a few and have thought about it), I don't want to be put into a lottery along with TONS of other people to be accepted for spots. I want to be put in and pay my dues.

If there is another way to be accepted that you can think of, I would be happy to add it as another method, I just feel a random lottery drawing is stupid.

E: Since it isn't just random, it shouldn't be off of behavior, since he doesn't study everyone in particular.
He should at least except people for the amount and not be biased at all. If you paid for it, you deserve it.

Its not a lottery...njaguar screens you and your behavior on jsp to determine if he feels you deserve DF.

For one thing, it isnt random. There is a screening process, that only njaguar knows and he is the one that puts you through.

It doesnt matter the amount. You just have to put $25 each time to be considered.

It wont happen. If there was a set limit, then it would be too easy, and the DF would be overcrowded.

It won't change imo, just because you donate doesn't mean you deserve donor forum access.

One person doesn't watch all the millions of people on this site carefully. It should be done off of if you paid for it or not. Bias shouldn't be included.

Then raise the limit to where it's high enough to make some people not join, or just make REQUIREMENTS so it isn't overcrowded (Like reputation or something from mediators or something.)



Just because you try being funny on a forum by joking around doesn't mean you don't deserve it either. If you get it just or being a goody goody, you shouldn't have a right over someone else. Equality...

Thanks for your opinion, would like to see some others just to get a rough gauge on how everyone feels. I just feel that even though I can afford it, I shouldn't have to pay njaguar to be able to sell pins, which I paid for myself.

You don't have to be a "goody goody" to get access. Hell, I used to spam quite a bit and I still got access.

However, only njaguar knows the requirements for access. If you just follow the rules you should have no problem getting in imo, and following the rules doesn't make you a "goody goody".

We dont know what the screening process is, but for now, its fine.

I got in my first try. I am NOT a goody goody. I just passed the test, and now, I refuse to give away the donor forum, because its one of the best forums on this site.
