In General Help. Seriously I see maybe 5 threads everyday asking questions about Diablo II. So in my opinion General Help should be the right forum, for Diablo II questions, because it's not gonna stop, how many members are there? 200,000? 300,000? 500,000? Everyone will most likely post in General Help, sooner or later. Besides there's no point for this, every time a thread about Diablo II is started:

Those are from the last 5 pages (seriously?!). I'm of course not saying that it should be the forum for ALL Diablo II questions, but posting like that in 2 subforums is a waste of internet space ...... Once a question is answered only then a thread should be closed, for posting in the wrong forum

Or JSP could implement a bot that always responds to each and every post in the General Help section by posting a link to the General Help Unified Sticky, thereby solving half of all threads posted there before another user can enter the topic with a copy/paste answer at the ready.

But anyway, I vote yes.
A lot people who post something like "This doesn't belong here" could have just as easily answered the question to begin with.
