I think there should be a button next to the "add reply" that is "close topic"
The topic owner will be able to close his/her topic anytime. I think this is usefull because a lot of times in a topic the item is bought-sold so it is done.By closing the topic you prevent of others posting there.So it doesn't come back to top 20 and then make more users post.. ok i know that if it gets old you can't see in in top 20 but it would be better to clean the forums a bit ..(ofc this has nothing to do with mediators closing topics)

Just PM a trade mod to close your topic, or don't bump it again and let it die
