Not really, prices are just down because of the huge surge of ladder stuff flooding into NL, this was always going to be the case and with time they will stabilise. I don't think this is needed, but if you really think it's so "useless" when people have put great time and effort into making such lists, go right ahead and make a new one, otherwise don't complain
