don't u think that its better to block the user function from sending Pm's ,if they got:
locked fg+ <20% warn
and
not for whoever has a fg lock

Your warn has nothing to do with scamming, warn is given for breaking other rules at JSP

You can PM moderators and post in the Why Am I Locked? subforum, no one else would ever need to be contacted regarding why your FG is locked
