so my suggestion now is that there should be a report button for too many events created in same realm

He's made two, that's not really "too many"

I don't really think it is needed as I've never seen this become a problem

when you saw it he had 2.. but some times i see 5 or more exactly the same events and it just takes space..

The system already limits how many events you can have. There is no need for a report for this.
