To get the mods work in S/a instead of sa helpers. would speed the proces alot faster on locking people and catching their multi's

No. Mods are already busy. S/A has perfectly fine helpers, and the mods would ask the same questions as the s/a helpers.

S/a helpers is stupid, and have no clue in what they are doing.

SA-helpers is not stupid, and knows everything what they're doing. And what they should be doing.
If SA-helpers wasn't in there, there would go way longer before anyone could help you with the case.
