We should add a research function in scammer forum so we could search if the person we want to trade with was reported as a scammer/anything. You said when he get reported he get gold locked, but maybe he did not get lock because the guy who reported didn't had enought proof.

Searching in the S/A section has been suggested multiple times and denied. People make false accusations sometimes also, if you do not trust the user simply do not trade with them or use a mediator
