On your Forum Gold FAQ, you mention that to complete the transaction and have access to your Forum Gold, you will have to verify the transaction manually. I expected this to mean that I would not instantly receive my Forum Gold, but would instead have to wait until you next logged onto the site and personally handled the transaction. You do not make it clear that manual verification will require a copy of a photo ID of the purchaser to be sent to you.
As someone who is wary of identity theft, I had reservations about a request for a copy of my photo ID to complete an online purchase when using Paypal. Especially when the need for the ID is not clearly explained beforehand. If the need for ID had been shown in the FAQ, I would never have gone through with the purchase in the first place.

I suggest an detailed description of what, exactly, a manual verification of the transaction would require, be added to the FAQ.
