I think the idea of including an Outbox feature to the private message system would be a good idea because I've sent some messages to people
where I have kinda forgot what I said. Also I sent a pm to the wrong person without knowing until later when the guy replied not knowing why I
sent a PM to him.

I just see this being a good feature that is good for many things.

Every time you send a PM there's a box you can check which says, "Save a Copy of this Message in my Sent folder"

That's the same thing

Ah I see now.

Didn't notice that before but I guess what I'm saying then is that you should be able to make that default on.

He did not mention anything to do with saving as a draft.

Open a pm, click reply. There will be three boxes at the bottom that you can check.

Save a Copy of this Message in my Sent folder
Track this Message
Delete Message After Sending

You have an outbox, you have to actually click the box to utilize it.
