I just don't think Jsp users take warns seriously!
Many of you have said some users get warns innocently?
(I posted a Grush)(I early Bumped)(Whatever)
Ignorance isn't bliss! Making the warns mean something means
maybe some of the users will actually read the rules.
Maybe just maybe some of those rude spammers
will be slowed down by a new system!

Sadly I think multiple warns earning a ban would just incourage more multi's to pop up.

I believe they should crack down on warns but making them out to a huge ordeal could cause more issues.
