So yesterday i was suspended, and since there's not much buttons to click i've tried clicking the contact feature. Surprisingly you can't use it, while you're on suspension. I think you should be able to use it while you're on suspension for whatever reason.

uh... it's not about the suspension, for example if you got something urgent to say (a money transfer for example).
