- IRC is a type of Live chat program through clients to IRC Servers

Why
- Well lets tell a story. A long time ago, I was suspended for 3 Days. Didnt know why, and I couldnt check my PM's or post seeing as how I was banned. I tried to look for an IRC, however after I found it somebody told me it was taken down. So I tried the "Contact" button below, and inserted my email. No replay for a few days. Then I decided to make another account (very bad idea) to PM a moderator about my situation, and it was deleted and my ban was extended for 30 days. I had no way to contact anybody from JSP afterwards.

Also an IRC Values more interaction between JSP'ers and raises more activity. And If it was shut down because it was a bother, then I can maintain it for you guys
