This could be only for Trading Grounds. I think it would be useful to allow the OP to edit his/her post at any time in order to update his/her iso/ft list. Users often send me messages regarding an item I have already sold or bought.

No. Say in your first post that people should read last post for updated list, and update it with each bump.

I don't think it'd make it easier to scam, because members of the mod team who will be reviewing the case, can see edits anyway, and each edit is timestamped
