so i got scammed yesterday like alot of others. enough about that.

what point is there in making a topic using 30-40 minutes on getting proof. (5minutes if you are fast as hell)
while it takes 10 seconds for the scammer to get rid of your gold. im talking about the ppl that make accs for the soal reason of scamming.

that would be like criminals getting away with stealing every single time.

when a scammer accusation is made the forum gold of the user should be locked simultaneously.
and then the proof can be gatherad, that way the scammer cant get rid of the forum gold, before proven innocent.
and if no evidence at all is shown well then he is unlocked.

people could even get a warn for acussion people to many times that havent done anything. "havent been proven guilty"

WARN*

the limit of 10 points of warn (100%) ??? i havent even seen a person with 20% warn.

new users should start out with 50% warn. or even better get thair account closed. (im talking about useres that are less than 1 month or 2 two old)
and then the older an account gets the more warn they are able to have. but still a max of 10 strikes and out

this would definetly make scamming harder. and much more time consumeing.

what you guys think about this ?

Well you get warn's when you do something against the rules like spaming etc etc

If you scam you get locked.

But i like the idé of locking the person if the proof is good enough to concider so he wont scam again under the next 60min->


You are 2 month old user lets lock you?

Obv alot of members makes multi account (you might be one of them) and to track down every single of them would take outraged amount of time so it has to take the time it does.


Chill out and respect the work they are doing insteed of blaming them doing it wrong.

i read the rules and misunderstood somthing, thought the warn was from scamming. not from breaking the rules. sorry. but still i wouldent mind having a little chance to begin with, and then earning my stay here @jsp

and the main idea was locking them for a period of time. good you liked it

There's plenty of Mediators on this site to help you trade, until you have built up a reputation, that will make users trust you.

Use the services and suggestions the site has made, to decrease the level of scams.

There's been mediators for 5 Years - The system is working fine, it's even pretty fast nowadays compared to the old-days.

The reason the scamming is bigger and bigger, is because of idiots, who doesn't take the right "time" to be safe. It's your own fault when you are scammed, eventho you are innocent.

As i said the future of locking some one imideatly could maybe bring a faster way to get back the gold that was scammed for instans:

You get scammed ask for a lock on another fellow he gets locked with the gold you got scammed. Now the locked person still have the gold but can not use it. With enought evidence of the scam it would be possible to take back the gold from the locked person and every one is happy.

The mediator has been there for how many years?

And still the scamming forum is geting larger and larger.


I think we need some kind of update on the scamming partion of this forum and this could be a good idé ^^

this wasent a how to make trading safer post this was a how not to get away with scamming post.

why not just make it safe in the first place, or when we see a flaw, then try make it better atleast
