Wouldent it be alot better if we changed the bump time from 4hours to 1hour? would stop people from spamming also would stop the amount of topics being closed by the early bump rule..

Won't be added 1st.
Second, it defeats the purpose. Less bump time = more posts being bumped properly anyways = less time your topic spends in the top.
I don't think it'd help anyways.
