Please for the love of god crack down on the blatant spam threads that are popping up. People are indiscriminately posting pk threads for gold, rate me threads, price check threads, threads about homework, botting, and so much irrelevant shit that it pushes trade topics out of the top. They compose anywhere from 20-40% of the front page at peak hours. Its got to stop. The thread starters know they're violating the rules and just end up wiht getting just a thread lock, not anything even as much as a 10% warn.
What can we do to correct this? I propose a stricter spam penalty to clean things up. Particularly on US WEST LADDER TRADING. Add your ideas here.
