The system is flawed

I was suspended, and I couldnt contact any staff members since no IRC or anything, so I used the "Contact" button telling em I was suspended and I wanted to know why. So to answer back to me, then sent me a PM on my Suspended/Only Jsp Account.. and if the suspension was unfair, then there would be no way to dispute it, so can we have our IRC back..
