If someone is Locked\Scammer tagged why are they allowed to post anywhere besides the Why am i locked forum?

makes no sense to me, they cant trade anything why should they be able to post in the tradeing forums. all the can do is spam.

i understand they cant pm anymore either. so why not take the extra step so we dont have to put up with these people.

just an excuse to cause trouble since you have nothing to lose.

I also agree wholeheartedly with this.

They have no access to fg = no means of trading items whether it be selling or buying. There is nothing else they can do on the trading forums except spam? So why grant them access unless you want to make more work for moderators to close off-topic posts. No brainier as far as I'm concearned

If they have been wrongly accused of scamming or are trying to repay their scams then by all means give them access to the parts of these forums required for them too do so.

I see it all the time. To restrict posting to just the Why Am I Locked? Forum means that they will never have the chance to repay their scams.

Come on guys, we need to use our heads here. The site gives them a chance to redeem themselves, not put them in a Catch-22.

They cause more trouble then they are worth in my honest opinion. A small fraction try and repay their scams, the vast majority spam until they make a new multi account.

no, one of the repay methods is selling fg vs items with a mediator and the fg is used to repay the scams.
for many locked users, this is the only way to repay scams.

although d2jsp does not support scamming we do offer the opportunity to use the site and if you wish to get unlocked/untagged you also have that opportunity

And by all means I think they should be given that opportunity, surely a way can be found to stop these users who use the trading forums like its 4chan however.
