delete banned accounts!

well they can be delted after a timefrime i never saw one who is 1 year banned than activ again.

No need. For example;
there is this account: http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=137432 imagine it gets unbanned, *someone* comes back on it, and then that user may have a lot of trouble (about changing name etc.). Also multi accounts are being banned.

i have to admit, IF the account is banned then i think it should be deleted, i wanted to get my name changed to jake@jsp and the person using it currently has been banned. Pain in the ass. Of course it should be monitered by Mods.

I've seen it happen a few times. voted no. they have a right to that name if they chose to take action to get unbanned. + if they got deleted, then people would just make multies to get their banned names back etc.
