I say we remove this because you cannot repost a topic quickly after it was closed for a violation anyway.

it is needed. reposting topic with the same content after for example 20 minutes is a violation of bump rule,
and as such should be reportable.

You have to wait a certain amount of time, and the time it takes for you to wait, is long enough to wait for a repost.

or at least show you reported you so you know who not to trade with anymore.

This suggestion is not going to work because when a topic is closed due to a violation, you can't repost any topic in that section for ten minutes. Rules state you must wait one hour after a topic is closed due to violation, but not many people follow this. That is why it is there. People who have their topics closed can still violate this rule so this report reason is valid.
