I think we should remove the auto-close topic thing
because all this is doing is making everyone create 50topics with 1post in them, instead of 1 topic that is bumped 50 times

it was added because topic rules for d2 was to close topic's after 60 posts and this auto-solves it

the auto-close actually slowed down spam A LOT
