Call me dull, but I can't seem to find a place for me to fill out my signature. On top of that I'm not a allowed to upload a gif as an avatar. Whats up?

Go to your profile and find

"Signature "

Click that image and put the proper code/signature in your profile

You should be able to use GIFs..make sure you use the direct link and no image tags..

Can you put what you want as an avatar here?
