Not sure if this has been suggested before, but what excately does the trade status do..

At the moment, it's either Mediator, Trusted or Not Rated, and of course Scammer

Maybe jsp should introduce a system that is a little less "boring" than Not Rated. and could infact give users a status based on whether they have received any accusations against them?

I'm not entirely sure how jsp would rate all traders but I think it would help most members out when they are doing big trades.

Idea and feedback welcome, won't add a poll since theres nothing to really vote on.. just a simple suggestion for now.

This has already been suggested multiple times, there is no need to change the system just use a mediator if you're weary on a user you're trading with. Regular members can do exactly what xEvan said and abuse it very easily.

would be nice it is called trusted at the moment, but most poeple of those never ever traded before.
so the could be trusted , but trader:not rated.
I mean trusted for the site but they arent traders.

i honestly thing that there should be a lot more trusted tags out there
the literal meaning is that they are a trustworthy trader which describes a lot more users than currently have the tag

it seems that a user being "trusted" status is more of a introduction into the early stages of the mod team as opposed to a trader rating
i would rather them just change it from trusted to "staff" or something and actually use the trusted trade for traders

but by no means do i think they should hand out trusted tags like candy
i do believe that the majority of jsp member should remain "unrated"

It just seems a bit pointless really to have over 95% (probably more?) of JSP as Not Rated

I've seen a lot of people around who are pretty trusted and should at least get a Trader: Fair status or something lol

It should be as it is now but I can follow you that there should be more TT's around.

Yes, whatever. but who would rate you? staff is busy as it is imho
if it's the users it could be abused a lot.
