I've not used the event system so much.
but Yes it seems to work. So I will have to vote for the option #1

Works fine for us console players who sell headshots and shit on call of duty, so yes.

well in the trading section atleast on hardcore it doesnt work to well for us. And when ever i post an event iso it never appears on the list for me.
