I'm thinking of something like on facebook , everytime someone answers in your topic , writes a comment on your picture or answer your comment in someone elses topic.

I mean everytime someone writes something in your topic you could get a notification somehow, this way you'll be able to keep track of conversations and such much easier!

No idea if this been suggested before but I think it could be really useful and you wouldn't always have to search for the topic , I do know there is a topic tracker but this seems way better..

No, It would just annoy me.
Even if there's an option to turn that thing off, It would be unnecessary to implent it.
