Okay I realize I don't trade much, but I find these rules absolutely meaningless, it doesn't prevent scamming or selling of selling unperms as perms or legits. Infact it probably does the exact opposite, by making it harder for buyers to even know if it is legit or perm.

Can't sell a perm dupe because someone else unperm duped a different patch of items with different IDs? I find that slightly ludicrous
