Well we all know mediators are the back-bone to the sucess of D2Jsp Trading.
They do simple yet vital services to help ensure we are trading safely and do not get scammed.

You may also know the people help with their own free time, and their only reward is the happiness to help others.
These users are not payed, and really do a great job around the site.

Suggestion ----------------
My suggestion to boost activity, and some friendly competitive spirit is to have a little contest each month.
Mediators will form teams of (Some decided number, probably 5 or 10) and will compete to mediate for trades than the other teams.
At the end of the month, the team with the most mediations will earn a prize amount of FG (Example: 1,000).
The FG will be split up evenly, with a small bonus amount going to the top mediator in the group.

What will be required ---------------
Mediators - We have plenty of those
Helpers - People(s) to help track mediation gains of teams, like Paparick does with GP gains for guilds.
Forum Gold - We would need a way to raise a set amount of forum gold each month for the prize. This can be done through forum gold donations, and other possibilties.

What will this achieve? ----------------
Achievement Goals:
To boost mediator efficiency and activity with a small "reward" system, that has a small yet friendly competitive edge!
I think not only will this boost mediation activity, but new friendships may bond during this process, because teamwork is everything!
And a little appreciation can go a long way, even if its just a couple hundred forum gold.. The thought is what counts




I truly think mediators will appreciate this small reward system, and competitive style. It's always fun to have some friendly competition, meet new people, and earn fg.
What more could you ask for?

if you want to reward mediators for mediating, just give them a tip (donation) when they mediate for you This contest is not needed imo.

Nn, being a mediator is not about making fg out of it, its about willing to help others, free of charge.
Meds are devoting their time at their own will, if you want to reward them, you can donate. If you don't, they will still be mediating.

No, it wouldn't work because mediations are different

It's not that I feel you guys should make fg.
But a competitive style would increase activity, don't you think?
I more mean activity by this suggestion.

/e people complain about not enough mediators, or they are to slow.
But in all honesty, we have a lot.
I think a competitive little contest might help, just a thought.

As much as I would enjoy this, it's not really needed for us. Just tip your mediator the next time if you want to.
A fg reward wouldn't increase productivity, mediators do what they can, when they can.

Some mediators only mediate one game though and would be upset that they couldn't compete because of this.
