I think there should be an option to hide your gold amount when having more than, let's say somewhere around 2000-5000 forum gold.

I don't like being "out there", outed like this.
You become a target for scamming/keylogging, (don't know if this is common but I suspect someone made a go for it a while back).
And I mean, do you flash all of your money IRL when trying to bargain for something? I think not.
The gold amount should of course not be hidden from moderators/trusted tagged people etc.

Tell me what you think, and if you do not agree, please motivate.

It's a good idea, but then agian, why? You'll just need too be smarter that those scammers. quite simple

So if you're dumb (like me, lol) or naive/think you can trust people (like me, lol) you almost deserve getting scammed? :/ I don't wanna be a target. Thanks for your input anyway. I know there probably are some downsides to it, but I really think it would be a good add to the site.

Sure there are huge amount of people scamming via bnet and sayin that they're this or this guy with 1000000000000000000000 fg. So i would say yes!

This won't happen, has been suggested a bunch of times and is unnecessary.

I admit it's not that big of a deal, but I would like to have the option... Last bump, someone else can continue bumping if they want.
Personally I'd prefer the limit to be 5000, at that point you can buy almost everything anyway and there is no reason or need for other users to see how much gold you have available....

Lol. Because obviously moderators and trusteds never scam or anything. And no. For trading this would be a big problem because you have to have the FG on your account to trade. There is absolutely no need for this. Voted no.
