I am tired of my topics being closed because a moderator is having a bad day.

As you can see in the topic, I am expressing my thoughts generally where some people may speak about it.
Nothing was wrong, but it was closed for "excessive off-topic posts."
I have had 3 warns because a moderator was in a bad mood as well.
1. Posting porn: I didn't realize that quoting an address that someone else posted was the same thing and got warned for it.
2. Spam. I was posting in my own topic defending myself.
3. Spam/Flame. This is the only one that would make any sense for spam, but I was defending a new person who was being verbally attacked by another user. The other user did not recieve a warn of any kind.
There has to be some sort of training that can go on...
