i always wish that you could give an indvidual within the ranks powers instead of having to give that whole rank the ability
is there any reason that this shouldnt be?

i mean its like the government
there are people that have more say or power then others that have the same govt. title

so why couldnt we incorporate this into our guilds?

options within the guild, such as, accept new members, view logs, buy slots, remove members etc, can all be assigned to ranks. you are in my guild...currently, me and textbook are only ones who have power within the guild. obviously the higher in rank you get, the more you'll be trusted by me or textbook, and possibly some more power.

assigning power individually, i do not like the idea of. i think its fine assigning by ranks.
