May times I have sold an item then someone PM's me to ask how much etc, if we were allowed to lock our FS thread it would prevent them annoying post sale PM's and posts.

Definitely. I have no idea why we don't have this, it just make things a hell of a lot easier, especially in "xx min topics" :)
